A good day. Ben and Owen split wood in the woods to day. Josie washed. I staid with the children.

This evenin I went to George Blairs. They were shuckin corn there. Carrie and the children come down here this evening. Marvin was haulin wood to day.

Marvins colte got in the pasture with our horses this evening but did not get hurt.

A cloudy day.

Ben and Owen hauled and cut feed this morning and cut wood for Marvin Smith this evening. To night Ben has gone to Strait Stone to the lodge.

Josie got dinner and moved the dog house and cleaned up the yard and ironed some. I washed a little. Henry and Edna and two of the Owen children played all evening had a good time.

A clear windy day.

Ben and Josie and Edna and Franklin went to Mrs Carrs. Mr Owen and Ben went to Long Island to meet Owens brother and brother in law.

I went to Marvins and eat dinner and spent the evening. Henry went to Charley Hutchersons and eat dinner. They Reese and Paul Smith Fred and Irvin Hutcherson and Henry played with a calf nearly all day.

A beautiful day.

Ben cut feed for Marvin this morning. This evening Ben and Owen split wood in the woods.

Josie sewed some this morning. I got dinner.

This evening Josie and I went to Strait Stone. We drove Prince carried Franklin with us. Edna went to Carries.

Henry went to school. Kate Harvey come to Carries and would have come here if we had bin at home. I am sorry that I did not see her.

A cloudy windy day and rain tonight. Ben worked on his plant beds. Owen plowed until it rained.

Josie commenced washing but quit before she finished as the weather was so bad. I got dinner.

Josie commenced making bats for her quilt. To night I mended my gloves.

Franklin has a very bad colde.
