A good morning. Rain this
evening. Jim & Henry suckered
tobacco all day.

Ben went to Chatham. John
& Edwin and Christenia went
and Kate Harvey. John gave
them all dinner at the hotel.
Kate & Ben was in the rain
comeing home. Josie ironed some.
We both got dinner.
I caned five cans of
tomatoes.

Edna and Franklin
went to George Blairs.
Josie got uneasy a bout
them, a fraid they would
be in a hard cloud
but they got home before
it rained.

I thought that Julia
Fergerson
would come but
she did not. Don't know
what is the matter.
