A nice day. Jim gardened
most of the day. Ben
plowed in the rye. This evening
Ben & I went to Gretna.
We carried some butter
and two bushel of onions.
Solde them all to Mr.
Rucker. Bought
several things and come
home and left most of them
at Gretna. I am very
much bothered about
leaving them. Cordie Blair
come this evening. I was glad
to see her. Josie
got most of the dinner
and all of supper.
She milked one of the
cows. Today is Jims birth day.
