At a meeting of the Directors of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association it was voted that the Treasurer be authorized to pay F. A. Sherman Eighty Seven Dollars for land bought of him for the Dartmouth Cemetery Association

At a meeting of the Directors of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association Profs. H. E. Parker & E. R. Ruggles were appointed a Committee to aid & advise with the Treasurer in building a Foot Bridge across the valley in the Cemetery.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was held at the Office of Frederick Chase, at 2 P.M. April 9. 1883.

The whole problem of finance, the increase of the permanent fund, and its investment in some [measure] to insure its most perfect safety, was committed to the Treasurer & Frederic Chase. Voted to accept the Donation of Dr. A. H. Crosby, of $100. One Hundred Dollars, the income not used in caring for the lot to be added to the funds of the Cemetery Association. Voted that Jason Dudley be requested to put up a fence across the Cemetery lane, at Main St. by Dr. Sandborn's, to remain through Commencement week to prevent people from hitching horses in the lane or Cemetery. Consulting with abutters before doing it said fence to be one that can be put up yearly. Voted to adjourn. L. B. Downing. Sect.

Hanover N.H. Apr. 17, 1886 The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was held this day in the Office of Frederic Chase Esq. The president and vice president and secretary not being present the meeting was called to order by the treasurer E. R. Ruggles. H. E. Parker was elected temporary president and F. A. Sherman temporary secretary. The report of the last annual meeting was read aloud and was followed by reports from the treasurer and superintendent both of which were accepted. The following officers were chosen for the ensuing year.

The Annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was holden at the office of Hon. F. Chase this day. Meeting was called to order by the president (Rev S. P. Leeds). Reportof the Sec'y was read and approved. The Treas. being absent no report of the financial affairs of the Asso. was made.
Voted to expend a sum not exceeding ten dollars for a plan of the old cemetery. Also voted to appropriate $30 for a Tool House for the proper care of the tools belonging to the Asso.

Dr. Frost was directed to secure if possible the right of way across the land owned by L. Boutwell in exchange for the path six feet-wide now owned by the association. The Supt. was instructed not to permit burials upon lots until after the purchase money has been paid.
