structed to sell the Waterman mortgage
if a purchaser could be found who
would take it at par.

The Dartmouth Cemetery Association held
its Annual meeting this day at 3 P.M at
the office of F. Chase. The meeting was called
to order by the Sec'y - the Pres. and Vice Pres.
being absent. Report of Sec'y and Treas. read
and approved. The old board of officers
were then reelected viz.

The Annual meeting of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
was holden at the office
of Hon. F. Chase this day. Meeting was called to
order by the president (Rev S. P. Leeds). Report-
of the Sec'y was read and approved. The Treas.
being absent no report of the financial
affairs of the Asso. was made.

Voted to expend a sum not exceeding ten
dollars for a plan of the old cemetery.
Also voted to appropriate $30 for a Tool
House for the proper care of the tools be-
longing to the Asso.

The old board of officers
was reelected, as follows. Viz.
