Hanover N.H. Aug. 19, 1911

At a meeting of the Directors of the
Dartmouth Cemetery Association held
this day Voted to accept the resignation
of Ralph M. Barton as Superintendent
and Director made necessary on
account of his removal from town.

Voted that Adna D. Storrs be appointed
Superintendent to fill the vacancy
caused by the resignation of Prof. Barton

Voted to appropriate sufficient money
to complete the record of burrials in
the Cemetery according to the plan
proposed by Prof. Barton.

The annual meeting of The Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
was held this day ac-
cording to notice duly given on Apr. 15, 1912

President Frost in the chair. The minutes of
the last annual meeting were read and
approved. The Treasurer reported the income
for the year to be $221.16 Contributions $10.00 Total
$231.16, Expenses $153.75, Balance $77.41, Endowment

RECTO:

$4511.23, General fund $1028.64, Total invested
funds $5539.87, Special fund received for
more Cemetery Gates $120- The report was ac-
cepted and adopted.

The Auditor reported the accounts of the
Treasurer correct and that securities rep-
resenting the investments were in the Treas-
urer's hands, Approved.

The Superintendent reported 12 graded
lots unsold, and that some cheaper lots were needed.

Voted that the Supt. provide four new lots
in the valley between the old and new Cem-
eteries to sell for $30- each.

The following officers were elected for
the ensuing year.
