The Annual Meeting of The Dartmouth
Cemetery Association was held in Precinct
Hall at 4 P.M. Vice Pres. N. A. Frost in the
chair. The reports of the Sec'y and Supt.
and Treasurer were read and adopted.
The Treasurer reported the total income
for the year including the balance left
over from 1899 to be $250.42. Transferred
to principal $40, expenses for the year
1899-1900, $117.12. Balance on hand $93.12
The following officers were elected for
the ensuing year.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cem-
etery Association was held in Precinct Hall
at 3 P.M. according to notice. The meeting
was called to order by the Sec'y. Lucien B
Downing was elected Chairman of the meet-
ing in the absence of the President.
The secretary's minutes were read and
approved. The Treasurer reported the in-
come of the year to be 145.05 and the ex-
penses 158.78 leaving a deficit of 13.73
The additions to the endowment fund
during the year were $500- The treasurer's
report was adopted. The officers elected
for the ensuing year were as follows.

Sec'y & Supt. Frank A. Sherman
Treas. Chas P. Chase
Lucien B. Downing, Chas P. Chase, Newton

were chosen Directors. Voted that in the next
call for the Annual meeting an article
be inserted to so amend the ByLaws
as to require the election of a Auditor. Adj
