At a meeting of the Directors of the Dart-
mouth Cemetery Association it was
voted that the Treasurer be authorized
to pay F. A. Sherman Eighty Seven Dollars for land
bought of him for the Dartmouth Cemetery Association

Profs. H. E. Parker & E. R. Ruggles were
appointed a Committee to aid
& advise with the Treasurer
in building a Foot Bridge across
the valley in the Cemetery.

The annual meeting of the Dart-
mouth Cemetery Association was
held at the Office of Frederick Chase,
at 2 P.M. April 9. 1883.

The following Officers were
elected for the ensuing year.

Edward R. Ruggles, Treas.
Lucien B. Downing, Sect.
Carlton P. Frost,
Samuel W. Cobb,
James W. Patterson, Directors,
Benjamin T. Blanpied,
Frederic Chase,
Frederic Chase, Auditor.

Carlton P. Frost was elected Supt. of
the Cemetery.

Voted to accept the Treas. report.

Voted that the Pres. see Mr. H. C. Waterman
& Ira B. Allen, & see if one dollar per week
may be secured on Mr. Watermans note.

Voted to adjourn.
