Hanover N.H. Apr. 26, 1913

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association was held this day,
according to notice duly given, in the
office of the treasurer of the Association.

The President and Vice President were
absent. Chas P. Chase was chosen chair-
man for the meeting.

The Secretary's report of the last annual
meeting was read and approved.

The treasurer reported the income for the
year to have been ^$224.00 Contributions
7.00 balance from last year 77.41

Expenses for the year 192.66 and balance
of ^$257.02. The endowment fund for 1912
was increased by ^$947.01, making the pre-
ent fund ^$5458.24. The report was approved.

The auditor reported the treasurer's account
correct with securities and cash as reported.

The superintendent presented a map of the
Cemetery and a record book for interments
with lots numbered as upon the map for
deposit in the treasurer's vault. The map and
book being duplicates of those kept by him.

RECTO:

The Supt. also reported the number of lots
sold during the year and the number of
graded lots now unsoled at ^$75. each as
seven in number. The report was approved.

The following officers were elected for the
ensuing year.
