Hanover N.H. April 22d 1911

The Annual meeting of the Dartmouth
Cemetery assocition
was held this day,
according to notice duly given: President
Frost in the chair. The minutes of the
last annual meeting were read and
approved. The treasurer reported the in-
come of the year to be $355.02 and the
expenses $214.24, leaving a balance of
$140.78. The fund for the endowment of
lots amounted to $4300~ and the gen-
eral fund to $1000.64. Making the total
invested fund $5300.64 The report was ac-
cepted and adopted. The Supt. made
an oral report of the condition of the
Cemetery and the work done during
the year, and giving also an outline
of the work proposed to be done in the
coming year. Voted to accept and adopt
the report.

Voted that the Supt. be authorized to put
in a new water supply to take the place
of the supply cut-off by the building of
the new college Administration building
and that the association meet the ex-
pense of the same from the sale of lots.

Voted that the price of the six lots remain

-ing unsold of the fourteen, built last year,
be advanced to $75. each. Voted that the new
lots to be built west of the Sawyer tomb be
sold for $75 each. Voted that the new lots
to be made at the end of the drive from
Cemetery land be sold at $100 each.

Voted to adjourn.
