The annual meeting of the Dart-
mouth Cemetery Association was held
to-day in the Directors room of the
Dartmouth National Bank. Reports
of the Sec'y and Tr. were read and
approved. The following officers were
chosen.

Dr. Frost was directed to secure if pos-
sible the right of way across the land
owned by L. Boutwell in exchange
for the path six feet-wide now owned
by the association. The Supt. was in-
structed not to permit burials upon
lots until after the purchase money
has been paid.
