The annual meeting of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
was held in the
office of the Secretary, according to notice
duly given, on this date.

The minutes of the last meeting wer
read and approved. The treasurer, be-
ing absent his report was necessarily
omitted. The Superintendent reported
a plan for some new lots in the Cem-
etery and a plan for a record book
to contain plans of individual lots and
burials therein.

Voted to lay out some new lots on
the left-hand side of the valley between
the old and new cemeteries, there lots
to form a terrace near the bottom of the
hill side. The number of the lots to be
left to the discretion of the Directors.
Voted that the Supt. be authorized to pre-
pair a book for the permanent preserva-
tion of records of burials.

Voted to raise by subscription a sum of
money to be used in resetting fallen head
stones and in doing other necessary work.
Voted to leave to the Directors the removal
