Hanover N.H. Apr 25, 1908

The annual meeting of the Dart-
mouth Cemetery Association
was held
this day at 3 P.M. in Precinct Hall ac-
cording to notice. The records of the last
meeting were read and approved.

The treasurer reported the receipts for
the year to be $242.19 and the expenses
$128.80, leaving a balance of $113.39

The trust fund for the care of lots is
now $2850. and the fund from sale of
lots $921.64, making a total of $3771.64
invested funds. Voted to accept and adopt the reports

The Supt. of the Cemetery, owing to
increasing lameness which prevented
him from properly attending to his
duties resigned his position.

On motion of Mr. C. P. Chase it was
voted, that, in accepting the resignation
of Mr. Sherman as superintendent of
the Cemetery the members of the Associ-
ation wish to express their appreciation
of the successful work which he has
performed for the period of twenty-
one years without remuneration.

Voted that the directors be empowered

to fill the office of superintendent as soon
as a suitable person can be found.
