The annual meeting of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
was held this day
in the office of the secretary. The minutes
of the last meeting were read and approved

The Treasurer reported reported the in-
come for the year to be $400.79 and the
expenses $686.98 leaving a deficiency of $286.20

The total invested funds were $4475.64
The excess of expenses over income was
caused by the cost of grading new lots,
fourteen in number, ready for sale.

The superintendent reported that a new
survey of the Cemetery had been made, giv-
ing the form and position of lots now in
the hands of individuals and of the new
lots unsold. The plan of the survey was exhibited

New books for the records of burials, and
markers for corners of lots were also shown

Voted that the superintendent be reimbursed

RECTO:

for all expenses incurred by him for
books of records and maps.

Voted that the the price for the new lots
shall be, for the present, $50- each.

Voted to adopt the new plan of the Cem-
etery shown by the Supt.

Voted to leave the matter of Corner mar-
kers to the supt. and to sell the same
to lot owners at cost.
