Apr 30 Eructation & vomiting prevent the use of the drops give Bismuth [subnite] 5 gr, with p. acac ter die & 3 of Ayer's pills at night

May 21 Presc. for Mrs Wm McLaughlin suppressed menses great debility & general complaining no appetite coated tongue costive habit Leucorrhoea but little complaint comparatively about the back or womb Re T Sanguinaria [Zi] T Strychnine [Ziss] 15 to 30 drops ter die with or without a full dose of the Senna & [senka] aperient Re P. Rhei 3ii P. aloes 3i Hydr chlor [mixtt grv [ant] et potass. tart gri Saponis 3i Make 20 pills Two every night for a while till tongue & appetite improve
