To the Honorable Mayor and City Council:
The undersigned hereby request that you grant us the authority to lay and place certain heating pipes, etc., across 4th Street from the State National Bank corner to the Delaware Hotel for the purpose of connecting the hotel property with heating pipes coming North from the Fort Worth National Bank building, and this is requested for the purpose of arranging for heating of the Delaware Hotel property at the corner of 4th & Main Streets in the city of Fort Worth, Texas.
To do all of which we ask your premission, this October 15, 1906.
