Sir:

At the southwest corner of Terrell and Hemphill preparations are being made for the layingof a curb which will leave a three or four foot driveway on the west side of Hemphill; this will compell those driving either way on Hemphill to make a detour of quite a distance; especially will it be inconvenient for those living in the immediate neighborhood and continually have use for a passageway at this place. The intended curb in combination with the telephone pole on this corner will effectively block this drive; and we, the signers hereof respectfully request that the property and street lines be adjusted, with the result that the residents of the Eighth ward will have a proper passway at this point.
