To the Hon Mayor and City Council of said City.
Stephen Murrin respectfully represents that there is in said City, on the South side of Weatherford Street between Elm Street and the G.C. & S.F. Ry right of way, a storm sewer in a very defective and dangerous condition, a constant menace to life and limb, besides being a serious damage and injury to adjacent property.
In petitioners opinion said sewer should be extended to the G.C. & S.Fe. Ry right of way connect with the culvert under said railway and said sewer should be covered which petitioner prays said council to have done.

To the Honorable City Council City of Fort Worth.
Gentlemen:-
We, the undersigned citizens residing on or owning property upon East Oleander Street, between South Main Street and the right of way of the Santa Fe Ry. Co., respectfully request that you have said street graded.
We also request, that in grading the street, that you make it a 24 foot roadway. It is a street used only for residence purposes and we believe 24 feet wide enough and this will cut down the expense of grading and graveling. The length of the part of the street above descrived is about 675 feet.
