Gentlemen regarding the petition of Mrs Cunningham on Lot 10 Block 1 Union Depot Add. to city Mr. J.E. Egleston informs me that the lot was sold to Mrs Cunningham through his firm and she gave a Mechanical lien on the House and lot to the contractor for building the house date Feb 11th 1902 and the house was furnished during March and only the lot should haven been assessed in 1902 and I respectfully recommend that the valuation be reduced to two hundred dollars with penalties charged on that amount for the time delinquent Very respectfully

Gentlemen,

Your petitioner would respectfully state that she the owner of lot 10 Block 7 Union Depot had and that she has been assessed for year 1902 with improvements on said lto, she further says said improvements were not placed on said lot until February and March 1903, and ask your honorable committee to investigate, and instruct the Collector to rebate amount on tax to the value of improvements.

You will take notice that the appeal of the undersigned, independent executors of the estate of Sarah C. Ball, deceased, to the District Court of Tarrant County, from the action of the Board of Equalization in fixing or assessing the taxes of the City of Fort Worth for the years 1904-1903-1902 and 1901, against the personal property of the estate of the said Sarah C. Ball, deceased, is hereby withdrawn and said appeal is hereby abandoned.
