TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,TEXAS:
We, the undersigned citizens of and residing within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, respectfully petition Your Honorable Body to extend its water mains so as to furnish water along Ballinger Street between Peter Smith Street and West Broadway, said part of said street being without a water main or pipes, or water connections of any sort whatever.
