Fort Worth, Texas, Nov. 10th,1903.

TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,TEXAS:

We, the undersigned citizens of and residing within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, respectfully petition Your Honorable Body to extend its water mains so as to furnish water along Ballinger Street between Peter Smith Street and West Broadway, said part of said street being without a water main or pipes, or water connections of any sort whatever.

Gentlemen;-

We, your committee on Water Works, to whom was referred the attached petition from citizens of the 6 th, ward asking for extensin of water main Ballinger street between Peter Smith and Broadway, beg to recommend that the same be granted and the work be ordered done by the Water Department.
