Gentlemen;-
In accordance with a request from your City Auditor for bids on city printing, the Telegram proposes to print all of the advertising of letting of contract, for a sum of twenty-one cents (2I) per inch. This measurement to be on a basis of nonpareil leaded, which is equivalent to ten lines per inch. Twenty-six (26) "ems" measure a line. This contract to cover all ordinances and city notices of all kinds, with the exception of the printing of the Tax List.
