The president called the Wed Club to order on
March 7th. with Jean Bird as hostess, the minutes
of the last meeting were read and approved the

Helen Powell as chairman and Lucy Winslow
the new member.
The corresponding sec. is to write to Helen
Hollowell and Emma Stabler both of
whom we missed greatly.
The education chairman was not present
but several other members contibuted
items about the Sherwood Girls basket
ball team who had played in the Finals in
Washington. The question of the building
of a Memorial to the Sherwood boys lost
in the present war was brought up by the
chairman. It is to be a drinking fountain on
