Hon Mayor & City Council
Gentlemen
On 5th St west side, the said street has been graded to drain the water from the north side on the north side of the street, but by defective guttering the water sweeps across the street and is injuring the street very much. I respectfully ask that the Street Commissioner be instructed to remedy this matter as early as possible.
J.C.Richardson.
To the Hon. Mayor & City Council:
We your street and alley committee recommend that this matter be referred to the city engineer and the street commissioner and that they be required to report to the council at the next regular meeting as to what is needed and the cost of same
