We your special committee appointed to canvas the returns of election held September 1st 1906, in a vote to grant certain franchises to the Northern Texas Traction Company would respectfully report that there were cast for the ordinance granting to the Northern Texas Traction Company for a right on Houston-Front seventh Jones. Third Pecan and First Street

TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR & CITY COUNCIL, Of the City of Ft. Worth, Texas.

Gentlemen:

I hereby beg permission to withdraw a claim I presented to your honorable body on September 3rd, 1906, in which I claimed damages for my horse stepping through the bridge near the City Park. The Arlington Heights Traction Company has made satisfactory settlement with me for the alleged damages.
