TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR & CITY COUNCIL, Of the City of Ft. Worth, Texas.
Gentlemen:
I hereby beg permission to withdraw a claim I presented to your honorable body on September 3rd, 1906, in which I claimed damages for my horse stepping through the bridge near the City Park. The Arlington Heights Traction Company has made satisfactory settlement with me for the alleged damages.
