ORDINANCE NO. ___
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:
Section 1: That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to skate upon any sidewalk in the city of Fort Worth, and the word "skate" is used in the ordinary and common acceptation.
Section 2. That upon conviction for skating upon any sidewalk in the city of Fort Worth had and done before the Corporation Court, the offender shall be fined in any sum not less than one dollar nor more than twenty dollars.
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as required by law.

The Honorable Mayor and City Council, Of the City of Fort Worth.
Gentlemen:-
We beg to hereby petition your honorable body for the remittance of the rent of $5.00 charged us for the use of the City Hall Auditorium on last Friday night by the Home Factory And Industrial Association for its annual opening meeting.
This association has for its sole purpose the upbuilding of commercial Fort Worth and is supported by private subscription and we feel that the city's aid in this matter will insure to the city's good.
