To the Hon.Mayor and City Council;
Gentlemen:-
We, your Committee on Finance,would respectfully recommend that the attached proposition of Miss May Williamson, in which she proposes to furnish two copies of all Ordinances of the city enacted since the date of the Adams & Reily codification, for the sum of $100.00 ; be accepted.
We would further recommend that the city secretary be instructed to give her free access to the Ordinances mentioned, and when complete, he be instructed to compare same with the original ordinances, with the assistance of said Miss Williamson, so he can certify to the correctness of the copies so furnished.

To the Honorable Finance Committee, of the City Council of Ft. Worth.
Gentlemen:
I understand that you have under consideration of proposition of Messrs. W.D. Williams and T. J. Powell for the codification of the ordinances of the city in which proposition they require that the city furnish to them copies of the ordinances enacted subsequent to the time of the Adams and Reily codification in the year 1900.
I therefore desire to say that I will, if given access to the records, furnish copy and carbon or two copies of all ordinances of the city enacted since the date of the Adams and Reily codification for the sum of $100.00. This proposition contemplates my furnishing my own machine and paper , etc., to do this work. If awarded this contract I will devote my time constantly to the work until it is completed.
