To the Honorable City Council of the City of Fort Worth:

Your petitioner Fort Worth &. Rosen Heights Street Railway Company, respectfully requests of this Council an extension of the time granted for the completion of the street railway improvements in the City of Fort Worth now under construction by said Street Railway Company, and asks that by reason of the natural causes and conditions beyond the control of petitioner which have impeded the progress of said construction, the time originally granted for the completion of said construction be extended ninety (90) days.
