Fort Worth, Texas, Nov. ___ I904.
Know all men by these presents, that we the undersigned property owners agree to pay L.J. Hawkins for the graveling of that portion of Lipscomb street in the City of Fort Worth, Texas, begining at Terrell Avenue south to and extending to Magnolia st. The work is to be done and paid for on the following terms and conditions and by the following parties to wit:-
The City to pay for all intersection and I/3 of the other cost, the balance of the cost of said graveling to be paid by the property owners on each side of said street, each property owner on each side of said street agreeing to pay 20 cts. for each front foot of the property abutting on said street on each side thereof. The grading of the said street to be done by the City. The graveling thereof to be 9 inches in the center and 3 inches on the outer edge and 30 feet in width. Said graveling is to be approved by the City Engineer of Fort Worth.
