W.J. ESTES, Assistant.
CITY OF FORT WORTH.
OFFICE OF CITY SECRETARY.
Fort Worth, Tex Nov 20 1903
Whereas at the last meeting of the counicl the Finance Committee made a report instructing the Assessor & Collector to refund to one James Liston $25.60 amount paid on souble taxation for year 1900, and Whereas such method seems impracticable. Now therefore in lieu of such order, we recommend that the city Secretary be instructed to issue a warrant for teh sum of $25.60 to order of James Liston, same to be applied to payment to said Liston's taxes due for present year.
