JOHN B. HAWLEY, CONSULTING ENGINEER, MEMBER AMERICAN SOCIETY CIVIL ENGINEERS. MEMBER ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION OF THE SOUTH. CITY ENGINEER, FORT WORTH,

FORT WORTH, TEXAS, Sept. 18th 1903. 190

Hon. The Mayor and City Council, City.

Gentlemen:

Attachedhereto please find a bill of Leversedge for a fewwitems not in the Viaduct Contract, that were done by him as a totally outside matter.

This bill has been on my hook for several months, and was utterly overlooked when I made main final estimate.

It has nothing however to do with the main contract. The charges therein made are wholly reasonable, and receive my approval.

Respectfully, John B Hawley City Engineer.
