We, Your Committee,

Be it resolved that the railroad crossing 17th street at what is known as the 17th Street crossing be required to maintain night watchmen as will as day watchmen at said crossing and that the city attorney be & he is hereby instructed to draft an ordinance to carry this resolution into effect
