To the Hon. Mayor and City Council

Gentlemen:

We, your Commitee on Finance recommend. That the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized and instructed to execute the Citys notes, in favor of the Neptune Meter Co. for the balance due them amounting to the sum of $237508 in accordance with contract.
