Gibbs for property beloning to the City: situated on Broadway between Wheeler and Adams Sts., being 100 by 200 feet out of Block 22, Jennings Addition as follows: She will give $1500; $500, cash in hand and the balance to be represented by ^2 notessecured by vendors lien on the property, payable on or before one and two years after date and bearing interest at the rate of 8% per annum. The city to furnish abstract showing good title, in both places,and paying all taxes up to and including the year 1902, and allow us 5% com. if sale is made. She is ready to make a deposit as earnest money,
