I hereby make applycation to your Honorable body, for the use of the V Shape property in front of Carnigie Library for the purpose of making display of Nursey stock during this winter I hereby agree to put out Bermuda grass & set- same with any kind of nice shade trees & other ornamentals Thus making the grounds rite a nice little park for use of same.
