Gentlemen:

We your Committee on Finance recommend That the report of Wm Rea, City Marshal showing Pauper funds expended from July 21 to No 6 1902 amounting to $110.85 be approved same having been examined by the City Auditor and found Correct

We further recommend That the City Secy be instructed to draw a warrant on the Police fund for the sum of $100.00 to be used as a pauper fun.

Gentlemen: I wish to amend my offer made to you for a certain plat of land where the old Daggett school house once stood. I will give $250.00 cash and one vendor Lien note due in one year for 500.00, same bearing interest at 8% per annum.
