Gentlemen:
The School Board have requested that an additional room be built for the Eighth Ward School. They seem to be greatly pressed for room, and to need relief.
I respectfully suggest that Mayor, School Committee and City Engr be authorised to build a proper room , at a cost of not to exceed$500.00, said room to be of such character as to be easily saleable after abandoned for school purposes.

We, the undersigned, owning the following property on College Avenue in the City, to-wit 200 feet on the S. W. Corner of College and Oleander Sts., 250 feet on S. W. Corner of College and Deloach Sts. and 50 feet on College Ave. fronting Deoach St., would respectfully ask that a six inch sewer be laid reaching said property which is now built on and properly plumbed for sewerage, upon a deposit of twenty cents per foot being made, same to be payable in water rents to them or the persons to whom the respective houses and lots may be sold.
