To the members of the Hanover Center Cemetery Association:- You are hereby notified to meet at the vestry of the First Congregational Church at Hanover Center on the 14th of May 1926 at 7:30 P.M. to act on the following subjects viz: 1st. To hear reports of all officers. 2nd. To elect all officers for the ensuing year. 3rd. To see what action shall be taken in regard to repairing the Cemetery. 4th. To see what action shall be taken in regard to amending the bylaws. 5th. To transact any other business that may come before this meeting. J. B. Gale Pres. April 27 1926. W. J. Boyd Com. A true copy. RECTO: 115 Hanover Center N.H. May 14, 1926. The association met in accordance with the foregoing notice. called to order by the President J. B. Gale and proceeded to the following business. Voted that C. E. Thompson, J. A. Humiston and Mr. + Mrs. H. F. Derby be accepted as members. Under Art. 2. Elected James Spencer and J. A. Humiston commissioners for one year. Elected H. F. Derby Clerk and Mrs. H. F. Derby Treas. Under Art. 3. Voted that the repairing of the cemetery be left with the commissioners. Under Art 4. Voted that the notice of the meeting be posted in the vestry and in the local paper. Under Art 5. Voted that the commissioners be authorized to request that markers be put up when

First.- To hear reports of all officers.

Second.- To elect all nescessary officers for the ensueing year.

Third.- To transact any other business that may legally come before this meeting.

The association met in response to the foregoing notice and proceeded to the following busness. Meeting called to order by the President Miss Spencer.

Under Article 1 Report of Clerk. and Treas. read and accepted.

On account of there being so few members present it was voted to pass over Art. 2.

Under Art. 3 The bylaws were read. and there was some talk as to revising same. and C. E. Thompson. and Mr + Mrs H.F. Derby. were appointed a committe to act in that capacity.

Voted to adjourn to the evening of Oct 20 1941.

Hanover Center Oct 20. 1941

Meeting was called to order by the President Miss Katharina E Spencer.

Report of the Clerk read and accepted

Report of the Commissioners called for but they had none.

Voted that anyone signing the book shall deposit one dollar and if so voted the dollar will be [refunded].

The society then proceeded to the election of officers

For President whole number of votes cast 10. Neccessary for choice 6. C. E. Thompson had 4 K. E. Spencer 5. Mrs Derby had 1. The Clerk was then instructed to cast one vote for C.E. Thompson and he was elected.

For Vice President Mrs H.F.Derby had 7 votes and was elected

For Clerk, H. F. Derby. had 7 6 votes and was declared elected.

For Treasurer there was no choice so the clerk was instructed to cast one vote for Mrs [Ferean] Stanley and she was elected treasurer for one year.

For commissioners. F.G. Emersen was elected for one year. H.W. Jones for two years. and H. F. Derby for three years.

Voted that commissioners be instructed to see about building a toolhouse.

Voted that they be instructed to look over the water situation

voted Moved that a commitee be appointed to revise the bylaws. Said on the table.

Voted to adjourn.

Hanover Center N.H. Oct 16.42

At the annual meeting called to order by the Pres. C. E. Thompson the report of the Clerk was read and accepted as also was the report of the Treasurer. and Commissioners. At the election of officers C. E. Thompson was elected President. Farand Stanley Vice President. H. F. Derby. Clerk. Mrs Farand Stanley Treas. and Mr. F. G. Emerson Commissioner for three years.

Under Art. 3 There was some discussion in regard to gitteng a supply of water for the cemetery. and it was finnaly voted that the commisioners confer with the trustees of the trust funds in regard to the matter.
