At the annual meeting of the Association presided over by the Pres.
C. E. Thompson the following business
was transacted.

Under Art 1. Reading of bylaws
and ellection report of officers which were
accepted.

Under Art 2. Preceded to elect the
following officers. Pres- C. E. Thompson
V. Pres. Niles A Sacoss. Clerk H. F. Derby.
Treas. Esther Stanley. Com. for three
years Farand Stanley.

Under Art 3. Voted that there be maps
of the cemetery made. that the Asso-
ciation buy a power lawn mower.
and that the fence be repaired
and painted. Voted to adjourn.
