To the members of the Hanover Center Cemetery Association.

You are hereby notified to meet at the vestry of the First Congregational Church at Hanover Center on the 16th day of October 1926 at 7.30 P.M. to act upon the following subjects. viz.

First. To hear reports of all officers.

Second. To elect all necessary officers for the ensuing year.

Third. To transact any other business that may legally come before this meeting.

The association met in response to the foregoing notice. and proceeded to the following business. Under Article 1. The reports of the Clerk. Treasurer and Commissioners read accepted and adopted.

Article 2. Voted that all the officers be elected to serve another year.

Artcile 3. Voted that the Clerk shall not be required to take oath. and that the Treasurer shall not be required to furnish bonds.

At a meeting called by the President held on the evening of August 21. 1941 the report of the Clerk was read and accepted.

Report of the Treasurer read and accepted. There was some discussion as to whether the association should be kept up or not. and it was finnally decided to ^hold the annual ^meeting in the month of September date and place to be decided on by the President and Clerk.
