the following business was transacted.
The report of the Clerk. Treasurer.
and Comissioners was read accepted
and addopted. At the ellection
of officers: C. E. Thompson. was
ellected Pres. Farrand Stanley V-P.
H. F. Derby. Clerk. Mrs Farand Stan-
ley Treas- and James Spencer. Com-
missioner for three years.

Voted that the commissioners do as
they see fit about putting water
into the cemetery. Voted to adjourn.
