Notice.

To the members of the Hanover
Center Cemetery Association.

You are hereby notified to meet
at the vestry of the First Cong.
Church at 7.30 P.M. on the 30^th
day of September 1941. to act to act
upon the following subjects.

First.- To hear reports of all officers.

Second.- To elect all nescessary
officers for the ensueing year.

Third.- To transact any other
business that may legally come
before this meeting.

The association met in response
to the foregoing notice and pro-
ceeded to the following busness.
Meeting called to order by the Pres-
ident Miss Spencer.

Under Article 1 Report of Clerk.
and Treas. read and accepted.

On account of there being so
few members present it was vot-
ed to pass over Art. 2.

Under Art. 3 The bylaws were
read. and there was some talk
as to revising same. and C. E.
Thompson. and Mr + Mrs H.F.
Derby. were appointed a committe
to act in that capacity.

Voted to adjourn to the eve-
ning of Oct 20 1941.
