Meeting was called to order by the
President Miss Katharina E Spencer.

Report of the Clerk read and accep-
ted

Report of the Commissioners called for
but they had none.

Voted that anyone signing the
book shall deposit one dollar
and if so voted the dollar will be
[refunded].

The society then proceeded to
the election of officers

For President whole number of
votes cast 10. Neccessary for
choice 6. C. E. Thompson had 4
K. E. Spencer 5. Mrs Derby had 1.
The Clerk was then instructed to
cast one vote for C.E. Thompson
and he was elected.

For Vice President Mrs H.F.Derby
had 7 votes and was elected
