pson. the following business was
transacted. The report of officers
adopted as read.

Under Art. 2. The following offi-
cers were elected. President. C. E. Thomp-
son. Vice Pres. F. Stanley. Clerk
H. F. Derby. Treas - Mrs F. Stanley.
Commissioner for three years H. F. Derby.

Under Art. 3 Voted that Mr Em-
erson and Mr. Spencer. help Mr Derby,
put the lead pipe into the tool house.

Voted to adjourn.
