37 Choclate filling, Mrs. Chapin - 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2" grated choclate. 2 heaping teaspoons ful of corn starch - mix together & let them come to a boil - stir all the time. The yolk of one egg beaten & stir in quickly after it is done. Butter the size of a walnut - A teaspoonful of vanilla, -

49 Raspberry Vinegar Level raspberries in a [pan?] add vinegar to cover them. Stand 24 hours. Strain off the juice add 1 lb of white sugar to 1 pt of juice - Scald skim of the scum - bottle when cold A delicious drink with ice in summer.
