TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF FT. WORTH, TEXAS.

We the undersigned property owners and residents of Henderson Street respectfully call attention to the lack of water service between Laurel on the South and a water plug a block and half North on Henderson Street, and ask that the pipe be laid so as to supply the district with water as it now has none.

We, the undersigned, your petitioners, having recently leased from the T & P Ry. that vacant block South of Front St. and East of Boaz St. and West of Helen St., and, desiring to enclose same, which requires some Street grading both on Front and Helen, and, wishing to do same in accordance with the City Ordinances, respectfully ask instructions from your Honorable Body, Proper Street Committee or City Engineer, and will very much appreciate your prompt consideration and attention thereto.
