To the Hon Mayor and City Council Gentlemen:–

We your, Committee on Finance recommend that the accompanying report of J H Maddox City Marshal showing pauper funds disbursed since his last report amounting to $99.25 be approved, same having been examined by the City Auditor and found correct.

We further recommend that the City Secretary be authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on the General fund in favor or J H Maddox City Marshal for the sum of One hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be paid out for charity or orders of the Mayor or Hospital and Pauper Committee.
