We recommend that the proposition herefore made by the Fort Worth Garbage Co be accepted and that the City Atty be instructed to prepare a contract and proper ordiance puting the same in effect.

That after examination I find the following expenditures necessary.

Whereas--

The City is short of funds, and the T & P and Frisco Railroad Co., is now due the City, $2200 each, being their pro rata part of the cost of the Hill Street viaduct, therefore, be it resolved, that the City Secretary be requested to furnish the T & P an Frisco Railroad Companies, copy of this resolution, requesting them to make settlement.
