BE IT RESOLVED:

That the City Council deems it necessary to pave the streets within the following territory within the city limits of the city of Fort Worth which is described as follows to-wit: That certain tract of land being a part of the city of Fort Worth described by metes and bounds as follows to-wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of Block C-3

BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Block C-3 Daggett's Addition to the city of Fort Worth, being the southeast corner of the intersection of Main and Thirteenth Streets: Thence easterly along the south line of Thirteenth Street and its continuation to the extension of the west line of Elm Street: Thence southerly along the west line of Elm Street to the northeast corner of Block 0-4 Daggett's Addition aforesaid: Thence along the eastern boundary of said Block O-4 to the southeast corner of said block, a point in the north line of Front Street: Thence south to the south line of Front Street: Thence west along the south line of Front Street to the west line of Boaz Street: Thence south along the west line of Boaz Street to the conter of the main line track of the Texas & Pacific Ry. Co.: Thence westerly along the center of the main line track of the Texas & Pacific Ry. Co. to a point where it would intersect the extension of the east line of Main Street: Thence along the extension of the east line of Main Street in a northerly direction and along the west line of Main Street to the place of Beginning.

with the extension of the west line of Grove Street; Thence in a southerly direction along an extension of the west line of Grove Street to the Texas & Pacific Ry. Co. land, being the north line of Front Street; Thence in a westerly direction along the north line of Front Street to the intersection of said north line of Front Street with the east line of Main Street; Thence north with the east line of Main Street to the point of beginning.

And that the pavement shall be of brick laid upon such proper foundations as may be necessary for the making of a good pavement. And they deem it necessary that the owners of the abutting property, to-wit all of the owners within the limits of the territory hereinabove described, shall pay the cost of the said paving, with the exception of the street intersections which should be paid by the city, and the said city council declare that the property within the said limits as aforesaid will be specially benefitted by the said improvement and benefitted to an extent greater than the cost of the said improvement.

Be it further resolved that the city engineer be directed to make and submit an estimate of the cost of the proposed paving which the city council deems necessary, and that the city assessor and collector of taxes

report to the council the valuation of the real estate,without the improvement,within the limits of the said district, and that said reports of said city assessor and said city engineer be made at the next meeting of the city council.
