Fort Worth, Texas, June 16th, 1905
Hon. The Mayor and City Council, City.
Gentlemen:
We, your Committee on Sts. & Alleys, to whom was referred the attached petition of Mr. and Mrs. A.B. Scott, asking for a pole belonging to Ft. Worth Light and Power Co., to be moved a few feet, have taken the matter up with said Co., and asked its removal as requested.
The pole has been in its present location for many years, and we are doubtful of our right to insist on its change, but have done all within our power toward that end.
Respectfully,
Waggoman & Zurn of Committee.
