The cost of cleaning all the stones on your lot will be six dollars ($6.00). Part of the entrance has moved out of place and the cost of resetting and leading it will be twenty dollars ($20.00). The sod on the whole lot is thin and poor and if the lot is regraded, enriched and resodded the cost will be forth eight dollars ($48.00).

Dear Sir: -

I have examined the Amee lot and find several graves sunken and I am not sure which it is inteded to fill.

The cost of filling up any one grave and sodding will be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50). The whole of the rear half of the lot sunken and the rough part of the granite exposed. If only the real half inside the curbing is raised, enriched and sown with grass seed the expense will be fifteen dollars ($15.00) The whole of the lot inside the granite can be regraded and enriched and sown with grass seed for thirty dollars ($30.00).

The price of the lot is eight hundred and fifty dollars ($850.00) which includes the perpetual care of the grass.

No fence, enclosure or boundary marks other than the posts now there can be placed on the lot, but the height of headstones is not limited as it is on some lots.
